Para Ela

Para Ela”, which translates For Her is our representation to the world of what we can achieve through the power of coffee.  During the hand selection season, our pickers earned 50% higher wages than the regional average, and employee household incomes increased by 85% during the picking season as a direct result of the Para Elas production.  Handpicked and delivered straight from the plantation, the cherries are closely wrapped in an airtight sealed sack and then placed in the shade of our tangerine trees for 24 hours. Following the 24 hour fermentation period of the coffees resting in the airtight sack, they are then placed on raised drying beds to dry for 24 days.”
