
We take the same approach in selecting coffees as we do in selecting everything that we serve at Vertigo. Located in the middle of a lush agricultural landscape, we work with local farmers, bakeries, craft breweries, and wineries to provide fresh, local, and seasonal fare. Pastries are baked fresh in house daily using locally sourced eggs and ingredients. Breakfast and Lunch items are made to order. Wood Fired Pizzas are made with a naturally leavened, twice fermented, signature sourdough crust made in house and cooked in our rustic wood fired oven. Follow the cafe at @vertigosanjuan!
